Every Spartan Cargo enclosed trailer comes with a 3-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. At Spartan Cargo, we take pride in our craftsmanship and are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction.

Three (3) Year Limited Warranty

Limited Warranty:
Spartan Cargo warrants to the original consumer / purchaser for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase by purchaser that the trailer shall be free of defects in materials and workmanship attributable to warrantor. Excluded from this three (3) year warranty are electrical, plumbing, windows, doors, sealant, paint, undercoating, jacks, roof vents, and fiberglass parts, which are warranted for a one (1) year period from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. Axles, tires, A/C units, and awnings are covered by a separate warranty by the respective manufacturers.
Excluded from Warranty:
Warrantor is not responsible for claims related to: (1)defacing, scratches, dents, chips, or tears on any surface, not caused by warrantor, (2) routine maintenance, (3) damage from unauthorized repairs, abuse, misuse, or neglect, (4) damage caused by improper hitch ball or tow hookup, (5) component parts covered by separate supplier warranty, (6) any alterations to the original structure or component parts, (7) damages incurred though use by a third party (lessor or renter). Spartan Cargo reserves the right of final determination on whether a product has been abused by the purchaser.
Warrantor’s Obligation:
Warrantor shall elect to remedy defects in materials and workmanship caused by warrantor repair, replacement or refund, if replacement or refund is possible. All defective products shall be delivered to warrantor's address below unless prior approval is obtained from warrantor. Warrantor may select another qualified location for the repair to be completed. Warrantor will not be obligated in any way to pay for repairs made without a specific a repair authorization number. All costs incurred in shipping or delivery of products for warranty service shall be borne by the purchaser. Warrantor shall remedy defects within a reasonable time, not to exceed sixty (60) days after delivery by purchaser.
Purchaser’s Obligation:
Purchaser must return the warranty registration form within fifteen (15) days of purchase to activate the warranty. Purchaser must pay all services, towing, and transportation charges incurred to obtain warranty service.
Disclaimer of Consequential and Incidental Damages:
The original purchaser of warrantor’s product and any person to whom the product is transferred and to any person who is an intended user or beneficiary of the product shall not be entitled to recover from warrantor any consequential or incidental damages resulting from any product defects, including: loss of trailer, revenue, or other commercial loss, cost of rental equipment, or loss of time and convenience.
Limitation and Disclaimer of Implied Warranty:
Warrantor expressly limits the duration of all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and other implied warranties after expiration of warranty date. No person has the authority to enlarge, amend, or modify this warranty. This warranty is valid only in the continental United States and Canada. It is not valid on merchandise shipped overseas.
Design Change:
Warrantor reserves the right to change the design of its product from time to time without notice or obligation to make corresponding changes to previously manufactured products.

This warranty gives you specific rights. No action to enforce this warranty shall be commenced later than six (6) months discovery of any defect, or after the expiration date of warranty period.
